IPO IR materials
Established in October 2024, Daishin Value REIT obtained its REIT business license in November. The IPO is scheduled to close in June 2025, followed by a KOSPI listing in July. Daishin Value REIT is a perpetual listed REIT sponsored by Daishin Financial Group.
Launched with the Group’s headquarters as its seed asset, it is designed to grow by acquiring and expanding into high-quality office assets in core business districts. Backed by Daishin Financial Group’s sponsorship, the REIT aims to grow into a large-scale listed REIT by continuously acquiring prime assets in Korea’s core districts, targeting over KRW 2 trillion in assets within 5 years.
