Daishin Asset Trust exclusively handles asset management, while NH Investment & Securities and Daehan Real Estate Trust perform asset custody services. In addition, KB Fund Partners is responsible for administrative services including accounting and tax affairs, enhancing both professionalism and efficiency in overall operations.

Daishin Value REIT has secured a stable shareholding structure anchored by Daishin Financial Group and institutional investors since before listing. Through a successful Pre-IPO targeting institutional investors, the company attracted KRW 148.4 billion in equity investments. This was followed by a public offering that further broadened participation from both retail and institutional investors, launching the REIT with a total capital of approximately KRW 300 billion. With a stable governance structure supported by its sponsor and strong market trust, Daishin Value REIT is solidifying its foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.
